Lake Norman is the largest lake in North Carolina and is approx. 9 miles wide and 20 miles long. There is over 550 miles of shoreline which provides endless private and protected coves throughout the lake. It's a very clean and deep lake that is known for its fishing, water activities and has been growing in popularity ever since 2020.

Yes! The public boat launch is a few minute drive away and we have a second driveway where you can park your trailer. Our cove has deep water and accommodate a boat year round.

Yes. Mid-June to mid-August are a 4 night minimum. Holidays can vary from 3 to 4 night minimums. The rest of the time we have a 2 night minimum stay.

Yes — we stock the home so you don't have to think about the basics. This includes basics like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, ziploc bags, cooking oils, spices, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, K cups, tea bags, sugar, Kleenex, saran wrap, aluminum foil, etc. Note, we do our best to provide you with a healthy supply of these items but it is difficult to guess how much you will consume during your stay with us. Therefore, you may have to purchase additional during your stay. Our reviews reflect how much our guests appreciate this benefit.

We provide you with a generous supply of wood, fire starters, a lighter, s'mores sticks and fire pit tools. This is usually enough for the average person's stay. However, if you need more the Harris Teeter sells firewood.

Self check-in begins at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Occasionally, early check-in or late check-out can be arranged with prior approval. Sometimes it is difficult to honor during the busy season when guests are leaving and checking in on the same day.

We have two driveways (concrete and crushed stone). The concrete driveway is our main driveway and can accommodate 6 cars. The crushed stone driveway is perfect for your boat trailer or extra cars.
